We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a key role in the month-end close process, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in all aspects of the month-end close process, including reconciliations, accruals, and journal entries.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Assist with the preparation of tax filings.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date general ledger accounts.
• Support with budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and operations, to ensure accurate financial data.
• Stay up-to-date on accounting standards and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior accounting role.
• Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
• Proven experience with month-end close processes.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel is a must).
• Experience with accounting software (a plus).
